I can never say enough about Hilton Head Island. It’s truly a paradise where anyone would enjoy living. There’s a property at Courtside Villas Hilton Head that I was recently showing some family members. My family is hoping to buy now and retire later. This is something many babyboomers are increasingly realizing is a smart thing to do. It’s a good idea, too, since prices are low, low, low now and interest rates haven’t been this low in over 60 years!So, they wanted a maintenance free property since where they’ve been living has had them being a slave to their property. They really like that there’s no snow to deal with here and that the property at Courtside Villas Hilton Head is big enough for the two of them without having any upkeep on the exterior of the place.
The place I showed them at Courtside Villas Hilton Head is a beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath first floor flat that has granite countertops in kitchen and both baths. The property comes beautifully furnished. Located in South Forest Beach, this villa has an excellent location and is a short walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza, restaurants, shops, grocery store, and Van de Meer Tennis.
Since they both golf I told them this would be an ideal setting for them as there are quite a few championship golf courses nearby. I could just see their faces light up when I mentioned that. So, I guess this is a done deal. Good thing there are plenty more available for other people!!
